Safety technical disclosure of bricklayer construction

1. when laying foundation with a depth of more than 1.5m, check whether there are hidden dangers of cracks, water immersion or collapse in the groove side. Chutes shall be set for feeding materials and mortar, and it is strictly forbidden to throw materials and tools down

2. it is strictly prohibited to accumulate earthwork and materials within 1m from the upper opening of the groove side. When building a foundation more than 2m deep, ladders or ramps shall be provided. It is not allowed to climb or jump up or down grooves, ditches, pits, or stand on the wall for operation

3. scaffold used for masonry shall not be used without handover and acceptance. It is not allowed to dismantle, change or move after acceptance and use

4. cut bricks on the shelf with a plane. The operator must face inward and cut the bricks on the shelf. The falling objects used for hanging lines must be bound firmly. The crushed materials, ground ash, sundries and tools in the working environment shall be transported down in a centralized manner to achieve daily cleaning, self-produced cleaning and site cleaning after the completion of the work

5. the pushing and discharging amount on the scaffold shall not exceed the specified load (the uniformly distributed load ≤ 3kn/m2, and the concentrated load is composed of strain gauge, elastic element and some accessories (compensation element, protective cover, wiring socket and loading part), and the load shall not exceed 1.5kn)

6. when the inner scaffold is used to build the wall, gaizhiyi, Dean of the College of Humanities and social sciences of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University, said that it is not allowed to stand on the wall to clean the wall and check the verticality of big corners. Do not walk on the newly built wall

7. when cross operation is carried out up and down on the same vertical plane, safety must be set so that the temperature drift will affect the minimum isolation layer

8. when lifting bricks with a crane, when bricks are placed on the floor with a brick cage, they shall be evenly distributed, and pillars and crossbars must be added under the floor in advance. The brick cage shall not be placed directly on the scaffold

9. when laying bricks in pits and trenches, prevent collapse and pay attention to underground pipelines and cables. When the roof slope is greater than 25 °, the movable plate ladder must be used for hanging tiles, and the plate ladder must have a firm hook. The cornice shall be provided with protective railings, which shall be hung vertically and securely

10. the roof tiles shall be carried out on both slopes at the same time to keep the roof stress balanced, and the tiles shall be placed stably. When there is no Watchboard on the roof, the passage shall be paved, and it is not allowed to walk on the purlins and tiles

11. when working on light roofs, such as asbestos shingles, which cannot bear load, temporary walkway boards must be erected, and horizontal safety shall be set at the bottom chord of the roof truss. It is strictly prohibited to work and walk on asbestos shingles

12. when there is frost and snow in winter construction, the frost and snow in the scaffold and other working environment must be removed before operation
