2 technical requirements

2.1 the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized compound for pad shall comply with the provisions of Table 2

2.2 the hygienic quality of gaskets should meet the provisions of GB hygienic standard for rubber gaskets (rings) for food

3 test method

3.1 visual inspection of appearance quality; The length of the finished product is measured with a measuring tool with an accuracy of 0.02mm; The thickness is measured with a percent thickness gauge

3.2 physical and mechanical property test of rubber compound for gasket

3.2.1 the sample preparation of physical and mechanical property test of rubber compound for each batch of gasket shall be carried out in accordance with GB General requirements for physical test methods of vulcanized rubber

3.2.2 tensile strength, elongation at break and permanent deformation at break shall be tested according to GB "determination of tensile properties of vulcanized rubber"

3.2.3 the hardness test shall be carried out according to GB shore a hardness test method for rubber

3.2.4 the hot air aging test shall be carried out according to GB rubber hot air aging test method, and the aging coefficient kJ shall be calculated according to the following formula:

where: δ 1 - tensile strength of the sample before aging, kgf/cm**2 or MPa

3.3 the test method of health items shall be carried out according to GB

4 inspection rules

4.1 the manufacturer shall designate full-time personnel to inspect according to the provisions of this standard and the relevant provisions of national standards. The manufacturer shall ensure that the products delivered meet the requirements of this standard. Qualified products shall be attached with product quality certificate

4.2 gaskets shall be inspected according to the provisions of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 of this standard with the output of no more than 10 days as a batch

4.2.1 the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized compound for gasket shall be checked according to items 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Table 2 of Article 2.1 of this standard The hot air aging coefficient shall be checked at least once a month If any of the test results fails to meet the index, double samples shall be taken to retest the unqualified items If one of the retest results fails to meet the specified indicators, this batch of rubber compound is unqualified

4.2.2 the product appearance quality shall be inspected according to the provisions of this standard. During random inspection and acceptance, the number of random inspections shall not be less than 1% of the batch (no less than 1000 samples for a single product). According to the results of spot check, the appearance defect rate shall not exceed 5% of the number of spot checks, otherwise double the number of products shall be re selected for re inspection. According to the review results, if the appearance defect rate still exceeds 5% of the number of spot checks, the batch of products shall be reworked by the manufacturer for 100% appearance quality inspection

4.3 the sanitary quality of products shall be inspected at least once every seven days If one of the inspection results fails to meet the index, double samples shall be taken to retest the unqualified items If one of the retest results fails to meet the index, the batch of products is unqualified

4.4 if the inspection results of the supplier and the demander are inconsistent, it can be resolved by both parties through negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, it shall be arbitrated by the professional supervision department

5 marking, packaging, transportation and storage

5.1 marking

infrared technology in the second level of packaging is the supplement and verification of DSC analysis method. There should be signs, including the following contents:

a. product name and specification

b. name of manufacturer

c. quantity, weight and packaging volume

d. production date

e. batch number

f. the words "rubber products for contact with food, keep clean"

5.2 packaging

5.2.1 the packaging materials and quantity shall be negotiated by the supplier and the demander

5.2.2 packaging materials in direct contact with products shall meet the requirements of hygienic packaging materials

5.3 transportation

products should be loaded in covered carriages to avoid rain and sunshine. It is forbidden to use iron hooks during loading and unloading to keep the products clean

5.4 storage

5.4.1 products should be stored in a well ventilated warehouse, with the warehouse temperature maintained at 0 ~ 37 ℃ and the relative humidity not greater than 85%

5.4.2 do not contact with acids, alkalis, Oils and other substances harmful to rubber or human body to avoid product contamination

5.4.3 the gasket should not be heavily pressed. It should be placed more than 20cm away from the ground and 1.5cm away from the heat source

5.5 under the above storage conditions, the storage period of gaskets is one year
