a3.1 sampling method

a3.1.1 the wslz film material shall be sampled along the direction perpendicular to the horizontal seal of the experiment that can better withstand the majority of consumer users for butt sealing inspection, and the wslz film material shall be sampled along the direction perpendicular to the vertical seal for lap sealing inspection. When checking the lap strength, it is allowed to seal the protective seals that meet the service conditions at the same time

a3.1.2 heat seal SS film and WSS film into finished bags, and then take samples along the direction perpendicular to the heat seal for sealing inspection

a3.1.3 the sealing method can be decided by each manufacturer

a3.2 sample size

when testing high-temperature impact or low-temperature impact, the sample is rectangular  100 ± 1mm long and 15 ± 0.1mm wide. When it is impossible to get a sample with a developed length of 100 ± 1mm, it is allowed to use adhesive tape to bond the same material from both ends to reach the specified size of the sample

a3.3 number of samples

no less than 10 samples shall be sampled each time. The test results shall take the average value of 10 samples as the result, expressed in N/15mm, and take 3 significant figures

a4 test procedure

the sample shall be conditioned for 4H at a temperature of 23 ℃± 2 ℃

use Jinan assaying cantilever impact testing machine to test the condition adjusted sample; The sealing part is the center line, and the expansion is 180 °. Clamp the two ends of the sample on the fixture of the testing machine respectively, so that the longitudinal axis of the sample coincides with the upper and lower center lines, and the tightness is appropriate to prevent the sample from slipping or breaking in the fixture. The distance between clamps is 50mm, the test speed is 300mm/min ± 20mm/min, and the maximum load when the sample is broken is read

if the sample is broken in the fixture, and the fault can not be judged by mistake, this sample is invalid, and another sample is taken to make up. Appendix B (standard appendix)

Test Method for adhesion between composite plastic film and paper

B1 this appendix is only applicable to materials compounded by plastic, base paper and aluminum foil  supplied in the form of drums

b2 cut a 1m long and full width sample from the sample, place the sample flat on the table, and the inner PE is upward

start from one corner of the sample, peel off between the paper and the composite PE layer with a knife, and slowly tear off a strip, 30mm-50mm wide, through the entire width. The surface of the composite layer exposed by visual inspection. Determine the area percentage of paper fiber adhered to the plastic surface. Repeat this step diagonally in the opposite direction

continue to use a knife to divide the whole sample into several groups with a width of 80mm, slowly peel each group manually from the machine direction and the opposite direction, and visually inspect the exposed composite layer surface of each group

judge the area percentage of paper fiber adhered to the plastic surface, and the worse result shall prevail
